5th Annual In Good Company Breakfast Celebrates Wisconsin Youth Company Partners
TruStage Foundation presented with Community Partner Award for its longstanding support of Theresa Terrace Neighborhood Center
Madison, Wisconsin (Wednesday, August 5, 2026) — Wisconsin Youth Company hosted its 5th annual In Good Company Breakfast Wednesday morning, honoring businesses and organizations that make its work possible through meaningful partnerships. The event brought together corporate and community partners, board members, and staff to celebrate shared commitment to supporting children and families in Dane and Waukesha counties.
Wisconsin Youth Company presented its 2026 Community Partner Award to TruStage Foundation at the event. This annual award recognizes a partner that has demonstrated exceptional dedication to advancing the organization’s mission through their time, talents, and resources. TruStage, formerly CUNA Mutual Group, has supported Theresa Terrace Neighborhood Center since its inception in 2015. TruStage’s 11 years of support has funded thousands of backpacks for the annual Back2School Supply Drive, the launch of Laundry Love, and the start of a new 4K Wrap program beginning Fall 2026 at Theresa Terrace Neighborhood Center.
“I’ve watched families leave our Back2School Block Party with backpacks full of supplies and a sense of relief, knowing their children are ready for the first day of school. I’ve seen parents walk into Laundry Love carrying the stress of another expense they weren’t sure they could afford and leave with clean clothes and a smile. It’s not just about doing laundry. It’s about building relationships, creating a welcoming space, and reminding people that they’re part of a community that cares about them,” said Jen Weber, director of neighborhood centers at Wisconsin Youth Company when presenting the award. “TruStage’s generosity has helped create these opportunities, strengthen relationships, and make Theresa Terrace Neighborhood Center a place where families know they belong.”
Kate Austin Stanford, president of TruStage Foundation, accepted the award and expressed how grateful TruStage Foundation is to support an organization making a substantial impact on the community.
Wisconsin Youth Company extends its sincere appreciation to the 15 key supporting organizations and businesses that attended this year’s In Good Company breakfast, and to the many partners that continue to support its mission of providing opportunities for youth to be their best selves.
