Additionally Mayor Rhodes-Conway and Waukesha Mayor Shawn Reilly made proclamations for Lights On Afterschool and declared October 28, Lights On Afterschool Day in Madison and Waukesha respectively.

Lights On Afterschool

Wisconsin Youth Company has provided in-person childcare for K-5 throughout the pandemic with zero COVID-19 spread in our programs. After school programs are essential to our community and provide safe spaces for children outside school hours. For many families, working from home was not an option, and in-person care was essential.

Please join us in celebrating after school programs and staff.
