Wisconsin Youth Co. Introduces Student Loan Reimbursement, 529 Plans
New employee benefit to ease the burden of education costs
Madison, Wisconsin (Oct. 21, 2019) — Wisconsin Youth Company partners with Gradifi, an innovator in employee benefits for U.S. employers to offer student loan reimbursement and college saving plans to its employees. This new benefit allows the organization to contribute financially to its employees’ student loan debt, allowing them to achieve financial health.
“We recognize the stress student loan debt and saving for college puts on many Americans, including our employees. Providing benefits that help our employees is important to us as an organization. Taking care of our employees and their families is essential to our organization and this new benefit helps us to do that,” says Rebecca Carlin, executive director, Wisconsin Youth Company.
Employees have the option to enroll in the College SaveUp or Student Loan PayDown plans. The CollegeSaveUp plan allows Wisconsin Youth Co. to help employees save for their children’s education costs by making direct contributions to 529 college savings plan. The Student Loan PayDown plan allows Wisconsin Youth Co. to help employees pay down their student loans by making a direct contribution to their student loan accounts.
