All Day Programs are offered on select non-school days for children in the Madison Metropolitan School District. Children must be actively enrolled in a Wisconsin Youth Company After School program to register for an All Day Program.

Program Hours |  9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Each all day program offers a new theme, exciting projects, and an off-site field trip or guest presenter. Children must bring their own lunch. Snacks and milk are provided.

Please note that all field trips and presenters listed below are subject to change. Any changes to field trips and presenters will be shared with registered families via email.

Theme: Fall Fest  |  Join us as we celebrate our favorite things about fall: colorful leaves, crunchy apples, and big pumpkins.

Field Trip: Bures Berry Patch

Theme: Secret Agents  |  Calling all secret agents. This day will focus on STEM activities as we put our skills to the test to solve mysteries.

Guest Presenter: Magician

Theme: Reach for the Stars  |  We will reach for the stars during this fun-filled day exploring constellations, planets, and beyond.

Guest Presenter: Yoga instructor

Theme: Winter Games  |  Cold weather won’t stop us from being active during this high-energy day learning new games and activities that we can play in the winter.

Guest Presenter: Kicks Unlimited

Theme: The Heart of Art  |  Children will fill their hearts with art as we imagine, discover, and create together.

Guest Presenter: Local artists

Theme: Proud Paleontologists  |  Stomp, chomp, and roar! We will become paleontologists for the day as we learn all about dinosaurs and fossil formations.

Field Trip: UW Geology Museum

Theme: Sensational Storytellers  |  Once upon a time, a group of children worked together to tell the most amazing story. Join us as we dive deep into books, illustrations, and storytelling.

Field Trip: Elephant & Piggie’s “We Are in A Play”

Theme: Heroic Helpers  |  Children will become superheroes for the day and learn about the heroic helpers in their community.

Field Trip: Fire station

 

$80  |  per child, per All Day Program 

$10  |  deposit per child, due at time of registration 

  • Deposit is non-transferrable and non-refundable. 
  • Balance of program fees is due 5 business days prior to program date.

Weather Related Changes and Cancellations
If weather conditions have the potential to cause a dangerous situation for staff or families, All Day Program will not operate. Wisconsin Youth Company will do its best to notify families as soon as possible in the case that a program is canceled. An announcement will be made via email and on our website. Families will also be notified of the cancellation via text message. There is no credit or fee reduction for days missed.

Schedule Changes | Families may withdraw from an All Day Program any time until the end of the business day six business days prior to the scheduled program. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable when ADP registration is dropped.
