After School program is offered at Franklin Elementary. Madison Metropolitan School District provides bussing for Randall students to attend After School at Franklin Elementary. Randall families should register for the After School Franklin program.
All Day Programs are available on select non-school days to children in the Madison Metropolitan School District who are currently enrolled in Wisconsin Youth Company programs.
