Camp Glacier Creek is the perfect place for your camper to build friendships, be active and make the most of their summer.

Each week includes:

  • A new and exciting theme
  • A fun and engaging field trip
  • An aquatic trip to a local pool, splash pad or beach
  • Hands-on projects and activities
  • A weekly all-camp festival
  • An opportunity to build friendships and memories with other similar-aged campers

Camp Glacier Creek offers half-day camps from June 22-July 31, located at Kettle Moraine High School. Theme-based programming runs from 12:35-4:45 p.m. Campers may be picked up between 4:45-6 p.m. During this times campers will pursue supervised self-directed activities, play outside and enjoy fun games with friends.

Camp Glacier Creek offers full-day camp from August 3-21, located at Brandybrook Community Center. Theme-based programming runs from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. daily. Campers may be dropped off between 7-9 a.m. and picked up between 4-6 p.m. Before and after camp activities available during full-day camp weeks.

All campers attend a swim trip each week. Parents/guardians will designate a swim level through the registration process. Our swim levels are in place to ensure that parents/guardians choose an appropriate level for their camper’s ability and confidence.

Wisconsin Youth Company day camps are state licensed, American Camp Association accredited and YoungStar rated.

You may register or add weeks any time until the end of the business day on Friday (5 p.m.) six business days prior to the week being requested, provided space is available.

Explore S’More Outdoors
Jun 22-26

Summer camp is s’mores fun! Campers will enjoy getting their hands dirty in the outdoors and learning more ways to explore nature. We will take an adventure to Jellis Market for strawberry picking. It will be a berry sweet field trip!   

Get your art smocks ready; campers are going to explore different types of art. Campers will be able to reenact famous artists work. There will be splatter painting and origami and much more.     

5, 4, 3, 2, 1 BLAST OFF! Campers will have many opportunities to play space-themed interactive group games and create space snacks. This week will be out of this world!   

Herd it’s going to be an utterly wonderful week! Campers will have the opportunities to create animal-themed snacks and create animal art projects. They will be able to take a field trip to the Waukesha County Fair to see award-winning animals and shows!  

We are feeling fintastic about our “Under the Sea” week! We’ll dive right in with water-based games and science experiences. Along with fun interactive water balloon games and water relays, we’ll swim into the end of the week with a dip in the pool. Don’t forget your towels.

Ready to start off the summer exploring! There will be many interactive games and activities for the campers to discover our new camp site at BrandyBrook Community Center. At the end of the week, we’ll take an excursion to our local pool.

Join us for our Goin’ Green week! Campers will be able to participate in STEM challenges and building activities as a groupWe’ll have Mad Science visit camps for an interactive handson presentation. Together we’ll find the solution to the presenters’ science problems 

Ready to have the slime of your life this summer? Campers will have a great time getting their hands sticky with science activities, art and food projects.  There will be many different types of ooey gooey slimes. Don’t forget your art smocks.

It’s going to be a roaring good weekCampers will play many fun handson games, create snacks, and spend time with friends at camp. We’ll take a trip to Sunset Bowl for the last field trip of the summer. Let’s make this the best week of summer yet!  

Snack and Lunch  |  Morning and afternoon snacks are served daily during full-day camp weeks. Afternoon snack will be served during half-day camp weeks. Campers must bring a bag lunch not requiring refrigeration or microwaving each day of program. Milk is served daily and available at lunch when campers are on site. Parents are responsible for supplying a beverage when kids are off site at lunchtime.

Field Trips  |  Campers will take field trips to fun, educational destinations related to the weekly theme. Field trips are taken via charter school bus. Notice of all field trips are posted the Friday prior to the start of the week. All camp participants will receive a program shirt which must be worn on all field trips and swimming activities. Additional program shirts can be purchased for $12 each.

Swimming  |  Campers will visit an area public beach or swimming pool each week, weather permitting. Campers swim only where lifeguards are present and only in areas designated as safe by the city and county health departments. Campers are assigned to a swim level based on the swim and aquatic activity permission form and are supervised by lifeguards and camp staff. Swimming and playing at the beach is a highlight for campers and is a long-time tradition.
