Get to Know Staff:

Staff are excited to spend lots of time outside with the kiddos as the summer weather rolls in!

Lizzie’s favorite outdoor game is four square, and Bruno’s favorite is hot lava monster.

April Recap:

The April showers were in full effect this year and After School was prepared with lots of fun indoor activities. The kids did a pico de gallo cooking project and it was delicious! We celebrated National High-Five day with hand print paintings and learned all about haikus for International Haiku Poetry Day. We love to see all of their creativity in these projects! Kiddos also got to channel their inner yogi as we practiced yoga and mindfulness on these rainy days.

We loved the ability to do some fun outdoor projects as well! Kids got to use their green thumbs and plant flower seeds. We hope you see some sprouts coming in soon.

We loved seeing all of you at family night! It was a fun evening full of friendly competition and amazing After School memories.

May Happenings:

We are excited for all May has to offer! We hope to spend lots of time playing and exploring outside. We have fun activities planned for Star Wars Day, Cinco de Mayo, and Teacher Appreciation Month.

Family Engagement:

Kiddos had a great time making these clay pencil toppers! They had so much fun and used their creativity to the max.

Last month, we had a great time making fruit kabobs! They had so much fun creating patterns with the different fruits, although they didn’t last too long. They were so tasty.

Join us for summer fun!
