Wisconsin Youth Company Celebrates Local Partners at Annual In Good Company Breakfast
J.H. Findorff & Sons presented with Community Partner Award
Madison, Wisconsin (Wednesday, August 7, 2024) — Wisconsin Youth Company hosted local businesses for its 3rd annual In Good Company partner appreciation breakfast at Olbrich Botanical Gardens to celebrate partnerships that have been instrumental in supporting the organization and working families. Started in August 2022 to thank businesses that supported Wisconsin Youth Company through the pandemic, the partner breakfast has become a staple event that brings local community members, board members, staff, and other stakeholders together in support of children.
“Wisconsin Youth Company celebrates its 50th anniversary this year and it would not be possible without our community partners supporting our mission. Their collective dedication to uplifting children, teens, and families impacted by the work of Wisconsin Youth Company is inspiring and humbling,” says Regan Kregness, development director, Wisconsin Youth Company. “It is an honor to gather with some of these folks at our In Good Company appreciation breakfast to celebrate their partnerships, and to shine a light on what is to come for Wisconsin Youth Company with some of the people who will help make it a reality.”
At this year’s event, Kregness and Executive Director Rebecca Carlin presented J.H. Findorff & Sons with the annual Community Partner Award for the significant role it has played in the organization’s success in the past year. Findorff has been an integral partner since 2022, and was the 2023-2024 annual sponsor.
“Findorff has graciously hosted multiple events for Wisconsin Youth Company in their beautiful office space, including our leadership retreat and Friendraiser. Additionally, their sponsorship of our last fiscal year meant they gave a generous donation to support the organization and help children and families thrive,” Kregness adds.
