Madison, Wisconsin — Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2021 —  Madison Out-Of-School Time recognizes two Wisconsin Youth Company staff with Outstanding Youth Worker Awards. Courtney Howard and Josh Harper were presented with Outstanding Youth Worker Awards by Madison Mayor Satya Rhodes Conway on behalf of MOST. Courtney and Josh were nominated by their peers and colleagues, and chosen through a selection process that included a panel of youth in the Madison area.

Courtney is the site supervisor of Elver Park Neighborhood Center programs and has been instrumental in supporting working families in the EPNC area. Josh is a site supervisor for WYC programs in the Waunakee Community School District. Both have been instrumental in supporting working families in the Elver Park and Waunakee communities, respectively.

WYC has been running in-person programs since June 2020 — safely — with zero COVID-19 spread in programs.
