It is incredible to look back on the last half-century and the generations of children and their families who have grown up attending school year and summer camp programs.

Started in 1974 as the Afterschool Day Care Association, Wisconsin Youth Company sought to support women entering the workforce by providing safe spaces for latchkey children after school. Summer programs were added the following summer as demand for care outside the school day grew. Over the past 50 years, Wisconsin Youth Company has evolved to provide before school, after school, 4K wrap, and summer programs in Waukesha and Dane counties.
