Theresa Terrace Neighborhood Center (TTNC) works to provide a place that empowers the community through educational, recreational and support services for its residents. TTNC operates using a multi-generation approach, identifying and serving the needs of the community while creating opportunities alongside its neighbors.

Theresa Terrace Neighborhood Center provides elementary after school and summer camp programming for students who live in the greater Hammersley/Theresa neighborhood. The center works to function as central location for students, families, providers, and stakeholders to communicate and thrive.

Theresa Terrace Neighborhood Center assists teen students with receiving their driver’s license through an online driver’s education program. Students and their families are supported by center staff to complete an online driver’s education program and behind-the-wheel training. Upon completion, students can obtain their driver’s license at the Department of Motor Vehicle.

This program runs continuously and spots are limited.

Registration for Summer 2024 will open May 2024.

Theresa Terrace Neighborhood Center provides a summer day camp experience for elementary-age children residing in the greater Hammersley/Theresa neighborhood. Weekly field trips and fun, themed days introduce campers to educational and enriching experiences all summer long.

Summer programs operate June 17-August 16, located at the center. There is no camp July 4-5.

Theresa Terrace Neighborhood Center partners with Elver Park Neighborhood Center to provide food pantry services to the community. Elver Park Neighborhood Center is located at 1201 McKenna Blvd., Madison.

Elver Park Neighborhood Center Food Pantry Hours  |  Tuesday, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. & Thursday, 3-5 p.m.

Please follow these steps when visiting the food pantry:

  • Ring the doorbell and enter through the back door at the handicap entrance.
  • Wait for your turn in the waiting room.
  • Exit and return the wagon at the backdoor.
