Once I finish the application process, is my child confirmed to attend program?
No. Applying for a program does not mean you are confirmed to attend. You will receive an email within two weeks of applying informing you if your enrollment is confirmed or if you have been placed in the lottery for enrollment.

What browser and device should I use?
We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge on a desktop or laptop computer. A number of users have experienced issues using phones.

How long will it take to process my registration?
It generally takes one to two weeks to fully process most registrations. Any incomplete or incorrect information may delay your child’s start date. To ensure a smooth registration process, please respond to our office right away if you are contacted for any missing or additional information.

Is payment required to register my child?
Yes. Applicable fees and deposits are due at the time of registration. A credit/debit card or bank account must be provided to register.

How do I know my registration was successful?
You will receive an automated email letting you know your registration has been received by our office. If you do not receive an email within 10 minutes, there may have been an error and your registration was not successful. You may need to re-register or contact our office at info@wisconsinyouthcompany.org. Please note this is not confirmation that your child is able to attend the program. That confirmation email will come at a later date.

How do I know if my child is confirmed to attend the program?
Once we have finished processing your child’s registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your child’s start date as well as a welcome letter. You may also call our offices to check to see if a spot is being held for your child.

Why did my registration not work?
- Your registration may have timed out. Please be aware that after a period of inactivity (approximately 20 minutes), your registration will time-out and all information will be lost.
- We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge on a desktop or laptop computer. Most users have experienced issues using phones.
- Make sure you do not use your browser’s back button
- Your workplace may have a firewall in place preventing complete registration
How long will it take to process my registration?
It generally takes one to two weeks to fully process most registrations. Any incomplete or incorrect information may delay your child’s start date; our office will contact you. If you register two weeks prior to the start of program, due to the high volume of registrations being processed at that time, it is unlikely we will be able to accommodate your requested start date if it is for the first week of program.
Is there a deadline to register?
It is recommended that families register during their assigned enrollment window. Families who register after their enrollment window will be placed in a lottery for any available spots. Registration remains open until capacities are reached. It may take up to two weeks for registrations to be processed.
Who can register?
Only parents and guardians may register a child.

How do I add a child through my parent portal?
Please review this document for a step-by-step process.

What is the withdrawal & schedule change policy?
Requests for schedule change or enrollment withdrawal must be received in writing by the administrative office by the end of the business day Friday (5 p.m.) six business days prior to the start of a new billing period (or the start of each weekly program for summer programming). Effective dates of schedule changes must coincide with the start of billing periods. Requests to increase schedule mid-billing cycle are accommodated with added days on a space-available basis until the next billing cycle begins. Fee adjustments are not made for a schedule reduction in days occurring mid-billing cycle. Three schedule changes are granted per school year at no additional cost. The fourth and subsequent schedule changes are made for $5 per change processed. For exact dates, please see the payment schedule on your specific school year program page. Your fees and payment schedule are located under the Fees & Payments tab.
