Wisconsin Youth Company administrative staff are now answering phone calls Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. As businesses begin to re-open, Wisconsin Youth Company offices remain closed and our limited staff are working remotely. Thank you for your patience with our delayed response times.

Make A Difference. Make A Donation.

Your generosity shines a light on opportunities for children to thrive beyond the school day. Access to opportunities means programs where children feel safe to explore their interests, engage with peers, and practice independence with the help and guidance of caring adult mentors. Your support grows children’s imaginations, social skills, and curiosity through hands on learning and enrichment activities. Throughout our neighborhoods, on our playgrounds and in our schools, together we reach for a brighter future for all children. For more information, please contact Emily Wills, fund development coordinator at ewills@wisconsinyouthcompany.org or 608-235-1764.

Greatest Need

With many schools transitioning to virtual learning this fall, and the continued threat of a global pandemic, it remains necessary to plan for both the short- and long-term effect that COVID-19 will have on our organization and our community. What is clear is that plans may need to be re-evaluated and changed as the pandemic continues. Making your donation toward the greatest need allows our team to make decisions with confidence and change priorities as needed.

Scholarship Fund

Your donation offers access to in-person programs that support children in virtual learning and After School programs in Dane and Waukesha Counties while ensuring that staff have the resources they need to succeed. Families are facing greater financial hardships brought on by COVID-19. Your support ensures that Wisconsin Youth Company can meet the needs of children and families at this time and for many years to come.

Neighborhood Center Support

Wisconsin Youth Company manages both Elver Park and Theresa Terrace Neighborhood Centers, which serve primarily low-income households on the south west side of Madison. EPNC and TTNC are pillars of community support, offering child care and essential services for children and families. Your support ensures that families have access to the resources they need to thrive.

Our Proud Supporters

Our supporters play an important role in supporting the programs and families of Wisconsin Youth Company, Elver Park and Theresa Terrace Neighborhood Centers. Through contributions, volunteer work, in-kind donations or services, our supporters help build high-quality programs to ensure our community’s youth thrive.

Other Ways to Support Us

AmazonSmile

If you are making online purchases, AmazonSmile is a simple way to support Wisconsin Youth Company at no extra cost to you. When you shop smile.amazon.com, you have the same experience as shopping on Amazon; however, 0.5% of your purchase will be donated to the charitable organization of your choice, at no extra cost to you. If you shop on Amazon, we would very much appreciate your support. All donations made at this time will go towards greatest need or feeding our community.

In-Kind

While we are unable to accept food or items donated at this time, we welcome you to share your stories of favorite memories and moments with Wisconsin Youth Company. We encourage all of our supporters to do their part by staying inside and following health and safety mandates to keep our community safe. We will gladly accept goods, services and professional expertise once it is safe to get our programs up and running smoothly once more.

Business Partnerships

One of the things we are hoping to do is lift up and support our local small businesses while finding ways to raise funds for our direct support delivering food to families in need. If you or your business is interested in discussing a potential collaboration, please reach out to our Fund Development Coordinator, Emily at ewills@wisconsinyouthcompany.org.

Community Need Wishlist

We are currently working with families to discuss their greatest needs at this time, from ingredients for a dinner recipe to basic essentials such as toilet paper and hand soap. If you are interested in contributing, we ask that monetary donations be made for any items you wish to provide. This way our staff can ensure we are able to fulfill as great a need as possible, meet the requests of families in our community, and ensure the health and safety of our families and staff.
