There’s nothing much better than a beautiful Wisconsin summer day! We get things started this summer with a week of celebrating all our wonderful state has to offer. Campers will be learning all about Wisconsin through games, projects, and group activities. Additionally, each camp will visit a state park to kick off a great summer of field trips.

Lions, and tigers, and bears, oh my! Take a walk on the wild side, as campers engage in tons of fun centered around animals both familiar and exotic. If just talking about all their favorites wasn’t enough, camps will be visiting the Henry Vilas Zoo to see their favorites in real life, and learn about them from a wildlife expert!

Things are sure to get STEAM-y at camp this week, as our campers put on their lab coats in the pursuit of SCIENCE! Groups will explore everything from rocks to chemical reactions during our STEAM centered week, complete with a visit to the UW geology and/or Physics Museum.

This week is all about the growth that happens all around us during the summer months. We’re talking about plants of course! Campers will focus on all the best parts of summer growth, everything from flowers to tasty food. Camps will also visit a local farm to get up close and personal with where food comes from.

What’s black, white, and red all-over? A cow that missed out on this great week of camp! Campers will keep it groovin’ through summer with activities celebrating Wisconsin’s favorite animal, and a field trip to the Sassy Cow Creamery to see a real dairy farm in action.
